Problem

No online store. Orders were taken by phone, with no way to track a shipment once it left.

Approach

• 01Built the store from scratch in 2023 and rebuilt it in 2025, choosing the stack both times (React/Vite, Node, TypeScript, Prisma) and shipping solo, all 182 commits
• 02Built a full CRUD admin panel for products, categories, colors, orders, and users, with a sidebar/breadcrumb layout and a dashboard with search and a monthly revenue chart
• 03Wired courier pricing into the payments controller so shipping cost is calculated server-side, with order-detail views letting admins push live status updates
• 04Replaced manual phone/email follow-up with templated order-status emails via React Email
• 05Migrated the Prisma schema from integer to UUID primary keys across the whole product/order model without breaking existing data
